# Sell a voice platform you do not have to build.

Firetone is available white-labelled to ISPs, telecoms resellers and IT service providers. You own the customer, the branding and the billing relationship. We run the platform.

## The build-or-partner question, honestly

Any provider with a network has considered building voice. A competent team can stand up a working PBX in weeks. That is not where attempts stall.

It is carrier interconnects, media across NAT, handset quirks, per-market regulation, and 24-hour support for a service where an outage means a business cannot answer its phone.

## Which tier fits which business

Referral suits providers whose customers occasionally need voice. You pass the opportunity. We quote, deploy and support it, and you earn for the life of the contract.

Reseller is where most land: buy at partner rates, set your own price, handle first line with our engineers behind you. White label puts your brand on everything.

## What the partner console gives you

### Multi-tenant provisioning

Create a customer, set their modules and seat count, and hand over the login. No ticket to us in the loop.

### All tenants in one view

Usage, seat counts and campaign health across your whole book, rather than logging into each customer separately.

### Wholesale rates

Partner seat and minute pricing, with retail pricing entirely yours to set.

### Your own trunks and rate cards

On white label, bring your own carrier relationships and publish your own rates.

### Provisioning API

Automate tenant creation and seat changes from your existing systems rather than through a console.

### Named engineering escalation

A named engineer and an escalation path with response times committed in writing.

### Co-branded demo tenant

A live environment with sample campaigns, for your own sales calls rather than ours.

### Sales and technical training

Included with the reseller and white label tiers, for both the commercial and support sides of your team.

## How a partnership starts

### 01. Tell us about your base

The size and shape of your customer base and which of the three tiers matches how you intend to sell.

### 02. Rate card and agreement

We come back with wholesale pricing and a partner agreement. Commercial terms are specific to the tier and the volume.

### 03. Enablement

Sales and technical training for your team, and a co-branded demo tenant with sample campaigns you can run your own prospects through.

### 04. First customers

You provision from the partner console. Our engineers sit behind your first-line support while your team builds up the routine cases.

## What partners usually underestimate

Voice support is not hosting support. When a website is slow, users wait. When a phone system degrades, a business cannot take orders, and the call arrives within minutes.

The sales conversation is operational too. Prospects ask how many more conversations their agents will have, not about codecs. A live demo tenant answers that better than a spec sheet.

## Partner programme questions

### What does the partner programme cost?

Commercial terms depend on the tier and on volume, so we do not publish a rate card. Referral partners earn recurring commission on contracts they introduce.

### Who supports the end customer?

It depends on the tier. On referral, we do — you introduce the opportunity and we quote, deploy and support it.

### Can we use our own branding and domain?

On the white label tier, yes: your brand on the console, your domain, your invoices, and Firetone invisible to the end customer. You can also bring your own trunks and publish your own rate cards.

### How do we provision a new customer?

From the partner console: create the tenant, choose which modules they get, set the seat count, and hand over the login. There is no ticket to us in that path.
