A RemotIQ Pty Ltd platform

Voice infrastructure with an AI brain behind every call.

Firetone runs your office PBX, your outbound dialing and your inbound campaigns on one platform — then applies AI to each conversation so more calls connect, more convert, and every one of them stays compliant.

How this module works
The AI engine

AI is not a feature bolted on the side. It sits in the call path.

Every call Firetone places or answers passes through the same models — before dialing, during the conversation, and after hang-up.

Answer-rate prediction

Scores every record before dialing, so lines are spent where someone is likely to pick up.

Best time to call

Learns per-contact reachability patterns and re-orders tomorrow's list around them.

Real-time agent assist

Surfaces the next-best offer and the required wording while the customer is still talking.

Conversational IVR bot

Understands natural speech, resolves routine requests, and escalates the rest with context attached.

Sentiment & QA scoring

Scores 100% of calls against your own quality rubric instead of the 2% a team can listen to.

Compliance monitoring

Flags a missed disclosure or consent gap on the call it happened on, not at month end.

How the AI engine works
Where Firetone runs

Built for the floors where voice is the business.

01

Collections

Promise-to-pay scoring, with mandated wording prompted mid-call and every conversation scored against your rubric.

02

Outbound sales

Predictive pacing keeps closers in conversations. Lead scoring routes the records worth a senior agent to one.

03

Customer service

Skills routing gets callers to the right desk first time. The bot resolves the ones that never needed a person.

04

Reminders and notifications

Broadcast at trunk scale, with keypress responses captured and retries for the numbers that did not answer.

2.1×

more live conversations per agent hour after switching from manual to AI-paced dialing

100%

of calls transcribed, scored and retained — no sampling, no manual review queue

99.95%

platform uptime, contracted in the SLA, with geographically separated media nodes

Deployment

Run it where your recordings are allowed to live.

Cloud, on-premise or hybrid, on your trunks or ours — the console, the routing and the AI behave the same way in all of them.

Cloud

Hosted by RemotIQ with redundant media nodes and per-tenant isolation.

On-premise

Runs in your data centre when recordings may not leave the building.

Hybrid

Local media, cloud control plane and AI processing.

Carrier neutral

Bring your own SIP trunks or buy numbers and minutes from us.

  • DNC and consent checked at dial time
  • Retention rules per extension
  • Tenant-isolated recordings
  • Drop-rate ceiling enforced as a hard rule

Selling voice to your own customers?

Firetone is available white-labelled to ISPs, telecoms resellers and IT service providers. You own the customer, the branding and the billing relationship — we run the platform.

Questions

Answers before you ask for them.

Can we start with just one module?

Yes. Buy the module that solves today's problem and add the others later. They share identity, routing and reporting, so a new module appears in the same console with no migration.

Do we have to move our numbers or trunks?

No. Firetone is carrier neutral: bring your own SIP trunks, or buy numbers and minutes from us. Least-cost routing picks the cheapest trunk per destination either way.

Is our call data used to train your models?

No. Recordings and transcripts are tenant-isolated and are never used to train shared models. Where data may not leave your building, the platform runs on-premise or hybrid.

Why voice keeps ending up on three systems

Almost nobody sets out to run three voice platforms. Each purchase was reasonable on its day. The cost is not in any one of them — it is in the seams: three places to provision a starter, transfers that lose context, three sets of numbers nobody can reconcile.
