Platform

One voice platform for the calls inside your office and every call to the outside world.

Shared identity, shared routing, shared reporting. Add a module and it appears in the same console your team already uses.

MODULE 01

Intranet call solution — office PBX and voicemail

A full IP PBX for the business, whether your people sit in one building, five branches or at home. Extensions follow the user, not the desk.

Start free trial

Unlimited internal calling

Branch to branch and desk to mobile over your own network.

Presence and hunt groups

Ring teams in order, in parallel, or by who is actually free.

Voicemail transcripts

Text, summary and detected intent delivered to email.

Recording and retention

Per-extension policy, encrypted storage, exportable audit trail.

MODULE 02

Voice broadcasting and predictive dialer

Broadcasting sends one recorded or synthesised message to a list at whatever scale your trunks allow, with keypress response capture and retry logic for the numbers that did not answer.

Start free trial

Four dial modes

Predictive, progressive, preview and manual on one list.

AMD and voicemail drop

Detect machines, leave a message, move on without an agent.

Drop-rate ceiling

Set the abandoned-call limit; the pacer respects it as a hard rule.

Consent and DNC

Suppression lists checked at dial time, not at import.

MODULE 03

Inbound campaigns with IVR

Every inbound number becomes a campaign with its own IVR, queue behaviour, routing rules, staffing plan and SLA. Build the flow visually and publish it without a maintenance window.

Start free trial

Visual IVR designer

Menus, prompts, data dips and conditions on a canvas.

Skills-based routing

Match on language, product, value and agent proficiency.

Queue callback

Offer a call back instead of hold time and keep the position.

Screen pop

Customer record open before the agent says hello.

Deployment and architecture

Cloud

Hosted by RemotIQ with redundant media nodes and per-tenant isolation.

On-premise

Runs in your data centre when recordings may not leave the building.

Hybrid

Local media, cloud control plane and AI processing.

Carrier neutral

Bring your own SIP trunks or buy numbers and minutes from us.

Why one platform instead of three good products

Most organisations arrive at voice in pieces: a phone system when the office opened, a dialer when an outbound team formed, a contact centre product with the service desk. Each was sensible on its day.

Together they create three problems no single purchase caused. Three places to provision a starter. Transfers that lose context at the boundary. Three sets of numbers that must be reconciled by hand.

Choosing a deployment model

Cloud, on-premise and hybrid are not tiers. They answer one question: where are your call media and recordings allowed to live?

Cloud is the right default. On-premise exists for recordings that may not leave the building. Hybrid keeps media local with a cloud control plane. Everything else is identical.

What implementation usually looks like

Timelines depend on your environment, particularly on carrier and network work outside our control. This is the shape of it rather than a quoted schedule.

01

Trial tenant

Provisioned usually within one business day, with a test number or a connection to one of your existing trunks. Ten seats, one module.

02

Configuration session

A 45-minute session with an engineer to set up your PBX extensions, your first dialer campaign.

03

Real traffic

Fourteen days of live calls with AI scoring on every one, so the comparison is against your own baseline rather than a demonstration environment.

04

Integration and rollout

CRM write-back, suppression list imports, retention rules and routing plans configured for production, then seats added as the operation moves across.

Platform questions

Do we have to buy all three modules?

No, and most customers do not start that way. Buy the module that solves the problem in front of you — office PBX, the outbound engine, or inbound campaigns — and add the others when you need them.

Can we keep our existing carrier and numbers?

Yes. Firetone is carrier neutral: bring your own SIP trunks and keep your numbering, buy numbers and minutes from us, or run both with least-cost routing choosing per destination.

What is the difference between the deployment models?

Only where call media and recordings live. Cloud is hosted by RemotIQ with redundant media nodes and per-tenant isolation.
